There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee report, thus adopting the following, and recommended that the members vote yes: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 87 "An Act relating to allocations to the special education service agency and extending the special education service agency; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall the House adopt the report?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. 2013-04-13 House Journal Page 1172 The Senate adopted the Conference Committee report (page 1166). CCS HB 87 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
